our learning-long-distance-relationship can be a highly successful one!
Since the beginning we felt the need to find out ways on how to keep a continuous interaction with our closest students.
Intensive Seminars are a way, coming back over and over to same cities is another... but nothing better than a weekly training session.
The LIVE Online Lessons are just that: as we'd have to train anyway, our Tuesdays are since years an appointment to do it together through the screen and across borders.
Joining students are from an incredible variety of different nationalities, as we teach (in English) Individual Technique sessions.
we teach from our house to your house.
It's quite...private.
And fun, honestly.
Something special happens on LIVE Tuesdays and we get to be casual and humorous while kicking your butt with drills and repetitions.
A shameless (and unskilled) use of AI and technology gives us the chance to draw sketches, show slides and infographics, zoom on details, share content.
We teach 2 formats:
Follower Technique, with Lorena
A course thought for Followers, where through explanations, sharing of experience and many exercises, Lorena goes from fundamentals to advanced techniques to empower the students and improve dancing skills.
General Technique, with Gianpiero
a mix of gyrotonic/yoga/tango and biomechanics, the course is divided in 3 sections: physical warmup, theoretical core and drills to build muscle memory.
Tuesday evenings:
Follower Technique 19.25CET. duration 50min
General Technique 20.35CET. duration 50min
The single lesson costs 20€. Packs of 60€/4 lessons for weekly attendance
Not really. A good level of flexibility and active lifestyle is required.
Both courses tend to be nerdy and intense.
We prefer our students to be ready and committed: write us about you when asking to participate.
A little bit of space (not much, some students of us get incredibly creative with tiny spaces!), a good connection, a monitor and a webcam.
Tools we use: Yogamat, stool (not too high), stick (like a broomstick).
No recording allowed, for on-demand material check here.
We require everyone to show themselves; also, a constant personal feedback is one of the strongest points of this project.
